Redders you enjoying the shambles down at Cardiff?
McCarthy is and was the complete wrong choice. And to think the idiots in charge gave him a 2 year contract after stabilising the club and that good run of form at the end of the season. His tactics have been found out this season.. 4 losses on the bounce 11 conceded and 1 scored.
I think he should do the decent thing and just retire from football. Whilst at it they need Tan to sell up or if he is insistent on staying then he needs to get people on board that know Football and how to run a club, because the clowns in charge right now clearly have no clue.
My Swans mates are very much enjoying it!
I was at Fulham tonight (new stand coming on nicely) for the game v Swans
Fine margins...
Mitro goal offside to start, then poor Swans defending not tight enough to him and Fulham getting down the sides for the others
Swans lovely with the ball but create feck all and want to score perfect goal
The manager is a few players away from playing the footie he wants to without giving the ball away and oppo capitalising
But an enjoyable game!
At least the football Swansea play is enjoyable, even if not getting results right now. I've seen better football played in sunday league than down at Cardiff City stadium
Cardiff fans glad to see the back of Mick and his prehistoric tactics.. Excited to find out who they go for. Whether that is someone younger with a more positive outlook on tactics and the game as a whole. Or if he goes for someone with just a little more experience.
Michael Beale, Mike Flynn, Brian Barry-Murphy and Jodi Morris are the younger ones being mentioned.
While Chris Wilder and Chris Hughton are the older managers mentioned.
For me Beale is the standout of that lot. One of the best coaches in this country. Had the U18's and academy playing some good football when he was at Liverpool. No managerial experience, but who says it won't work.
Wahahahahahah - they didnt mind when he went on that winning run and they all wanted him for a 3 year deal
Cardiff should be going for a change of tac but last "x" managers have all been hoofball managers and the squad is built for that. They should start from scratch if they want to go for something different

No city fan that I know wanted Mick. You always get that "New manager" boost when someone takes over. Seem to do well for a short spell, then suddenly it falls away. Mick was only supposed to be a stop gap till the summer. Whoever it was on the board that authorised his permanent appointment needs to be removed from that position of power with immediate effect.
I am hearing rumours of a Director of Football incoming, which can only be a good thing. Especially if he takes away the decision making of the inept buffoons who keep on making massive mistakes. Someone who knows football, rather than a business man like Tan, Choo and Dalman are.
What doesn't help as well is that you are completely reliant on Tan funding the club. Be interesting to see which way they go but needs sorting as you'll be going down otherwise!
Bet you're happy with that 3 goal comeback, TOTK! Jesus wept, that was a painful 20/30 minutes or so to watch at Stoke!!
MON doesn't seem to be showing any tactical nous at the moment after losing a lead in the last 3 games, going on to lose two of them. Baffling how he took off Fletcher (2 goals) and Brown (1 goal, 2 assists) for an ineffective Sam Surridge and not yet match fit Tyrese Campbell. Disrupted our momentum imo, though it has to be said that Cardiff did have a few clear cut chances even before they scored.
Yet again Stoke were on a good run before the international break, but come back and lose to Bristol City Very unlucky though, we are struggling with injuries yet played well enough to take a 2/3 goal lead were it not for the woodwork denying Fletcher twice and poor control from Sawyers and Allen.
Jokanovic also set to leave Sheff Utd - Surprised me that one, thought it'd be a good appointment.
Sheffield United were a League 1 team that got to the Premier League due to buying into their manager's style and system completely. They were bound to struggle, especially when that manager has moved on. There were issues between the current ownership and Wilder and they've continued under Jokanovic. I know they've now promoted Paul Heckingbottom, who was clearly somebody's first choice in the summer, but if they can't find some sort of cohesion at the club, he'll be down the Jobcentre by the end of the season too.

Yeah the Heckingbottom appointment until EOS surprised me, given he didn't do all that well last year. He'll be the new Kevin Ball at Sunderland, always around and gets put in temporary charge every time a manager gets sacked
