I might be opening a can of worms here by creating a Scottish football thread but hopefully it won't turn into a Rangers and/or Celtic hate thread.

So what do folk make of Gerrard moving on and being replaced by van Bronckhorst? Must admit I don't know alot about GvB as a manager. Certainly didn't start well yesterday for him...

Also - I just watched a video of an Aberdeen (I think) player get sent off for being pushed by a supporter without any provocation whatsoever. WTF

FYI van Bronckhorst weren’t in charge yesterday, first game is Thursday in the Europa League.

Oh boy - this might be some thread

Anyone else likely to put up a fight in the league apart from the big 2?

No mate, Hearts went the longest unbeaten in the league but have since lost two of their last three league games (and six points from their last six games).

As usual the Old Firm will be about 20 pts ahead of the rest, although on their day other teams may beat either of the Old Firm in a one off game (at home), none are consistent enough to challenge.
