I was leading a fantasy matchup by 65pts. The other guy had Josh Allen and Tyler Bass plus one other to go . . . yep, the 49pts Dallas Cowboys defence. I am fucked unless there's torrential rain in New York/Allen gets hurt (which I'd rather not happen)

I also need Allen to lay an egg, but my guys don't deserve the win tbh haha

My 'perfect team' would still be in with a shout. I dropped Kittle (groin injury) for Okonkwo who scored 0 (-1.9), Falcons conceded 10 and the Steelers conceded 30 but got more points (-2). Achane and Kendry Miller got injured, so start Aaron Jones and Swift. Yep, all 0.3 pts of Swift. Best was Warren on the bench for -1.5. Geno Smith got killed by his O-Line, thought Purdy would need a game (-9.2). Diontae Johnson got injured with Zay Jones on the bench (-6.7). The other guy has to score over 6.6 to win. That extra 21.3 point would have made it a win I think if its wet. Then again, Allen just gonna run it if he can't throw

That Falcons / Steelers thing is bullshit though. Steeler concede 30 and no interceptions. Falcons conceded 10 and 2 interceptions. Falcons 11pts, Steelers 13pts. Yes they had more sacks but still. Interceptions > sacks

It'll be interesting to see the week 2 over/under reactions again this year.

We are using FleaFlicker for a dynasty league, just checked the scoring. It doesn't matter how points the defensive concedes. It just means you can't get the 10pt bonus for a shut out.

1 point for every Solo Tackle None
2 points for every Interception ALL
2 points for every Sack ALL
2 points for every Fumble Forced ALL
1 point for every Fumble Recovered D/ST
4 points for every Safety ALL
6 points for every Defensive TD ALL
2 extra points for every Defensive TD between 40 and 79 yards (inclusive) ALL
4 extra points for every Defensive TD of 80 or more yards ALL
2 points for every Conversion Return ALL
10 extra points when total Points Allowed is exactly 0 D/ST

Dunno about that one Kev, celebrating a probably career ending injury seems a bit off. The NFL has to close the MetLife until they sort that turf, the list of Achilles, ACL's, MCL's from the state of the sod in past few seasons is beyond the joke now

You're right Derm, I do actually take it back. I can't help but dislike Rodgers as a player being a Bears fan and also what I've seen of him as a person. He's the only player I would have reacted like that to but that still doesn't justify it.

Extremely bad luck that it's happened and it's season ending/possibly career ending given Rodgers age. I didn't know about the state of the Met Life and the history of injuries, the players need better protecting with the state of the field, serious injuries should be as avoidable as possible.

I also don't know stats on these types of injuries and I guess I'm blindly defending my team's field, but I don't see anyone complaining about the real turf in Baltimore that JK Dobbins got the exact same injury on this weekend.

There's been quite a few there the past few years. Maybe it's their profile or something or like yourself one affected one of my teams players, Bosa :D,. Then theres Shepherd, Solomon Thomas, Kyle Fuller in past 2-3 years. I think Quinen Williams or Mikha Becton for Jets too.

+38 yr old QBs break down pretty quickly all the same (Favre and Peyton were crocks past 35)

Chiefs @ Jags and 9ers @ lively looking Rams interesting games next week. Two Monday night games . . . .

I was looking to join/create a dynasty league this year but it wasn't to be - keep me in mind if you have spaces to fill in future!
