Rik and Morty is back!

First episode was a bit meh for me but the second one was the sort of thing i have grown to love about the show.

Third episode was decent as well, a rip off of captain planet and a triple apocolypse B story.
Great show this, very clever

I've got through most of an amazon one called "Upload"
set in 2033 the idea is that people can upload their consciousness after they die and live in a sort of digital heaven.

Transhumanism and that aside, it's a decent show with some funny bits about living in a digital matrix.
Would recommend and the episodes aren't very long so not a great undertaking either

We're rewatching the Marvel movies/TV shows in chronological order at the moment. So there's a bit of Agents of Shield in between the movies which has been decent enough to watch.

Already watched Agent Carter too which we both enjoyed (first series more so than the second series). Surprised it got cut after that.

Been - slowly - watching a TV show called Happy! on Netflix. Bit fucked up so far, but in a good way. Only on like 3rd/4th episode so hoping it'll stay good.

Also been watching You. Fuck me that is good! Nearly finished first season, but really intriguing.

Fever Pitch - Rise of the Premier League
Making Macclesfield (Robbie Savage and his mate dropping £4m+ on them to re-build the club in the 9th tier!)

I just watched the Macclesfield show, was great. I hope they make another one to keep us informed of their progress.

Any Dexter fans?

Watched the new season, Dexter: New Blood, thought most of it was enjoyable enough although this group (writers/production team) seem to be able to build good characters and a good world for them to inhabit and then fail to stick the landing....hence the need for this reboot in the first place. Hate to say it, and I won't spoil anything, but I think they've failed to stick the landing again here as well. Shame as I enjoyed the season overall.

If you've never watched Dexter before I'd still say the whole thing is worth a watch although like everything it has some daft/imperfect moments that drag it down a bit, but looking as a whole I enjoyed the Dexter-ride and don't regret it one bit.
