I saw Harold's Dad having a chat with the boss outside my house when I got back from school the other day. His shirt was undone and he looked out of breath. Must have been jogging.

I wrote that it's so he can catch up to you both in terms of starts after he missed the start of the season through injury. The aim is to give everyone equal amount of starts.

I wouldn't worry about it mate - I clearly didn't make the most of my comeback opportunities anyway. Half time pork scratchings and dip dabs weren't the best idea I've ever had.

Not sure why the boss was there, but my Dad did say he has been attending your mum's yoga classes recently. Perhaps that was it. Well at least it beats his old hobby of collecting empty beer bottles.

What happens off the pitch is really becoming more interesting than what happens on the pitch, I must say. Keep it on, but wait for me to get the new batch of popcorn.

CM Forums United - Season 1

At long last, CM Forums United had a full squad to choose from for the trip to Alfreton, which saw ebfatz start having been out for three weeks. It was Spectral who put the team ahead at North Street, ably assisted by Redknapp69 in a solid victory to help the club move up to 7th.

It's time for the Forums to participate in their first ever FA Cup fixture against whom The Gaffer would ordinarily start Spectral and ebfatz to allow both to catch up to their competitors. However, both need a rest. After just five minutes, Jason Cowley put Stourbridge ahead. But in the 45th minute, FrozyLucky's third goal on his 4th start will take the game to a replay.

ebfatz finally gets his wish as he starts in front of our supporters. After a goalless first half, Gloucester see a goal disallowed but go on to score a 90th minute winner anyway.

ebfatz is again rested when he could have started at Curzon Ashton if he'd recovered in time. A second Forums goal for Redknapp69 gave the team a lead. A lead that was then destroyed in the last 21 minutes of the game as the hosts scored three times.

The FA Cup replay once again sees Stourbridge take a lead, this time through Darryl Knights. Could the non-league outfit knock us out this time? Not at all as ebfatz finally got his first goal for the club at the fifth time of asking, and went on to record a hat-trick!

Beating Stourbridge means we have qualified for the FA Cup proper, and sets up a home tie against Exeter. Things haven't been so great in the league for us, as though we beat Alfreton, two defeats means we're down to 14th. There is a healthy gap of 9 points to the relegation spots though.

A clean sheet!
I told my Mum and she said "well done, now maybe try that at home."
She's so embarrassing sometimes.

Well done Ebfatz!
It's not bad, lads. We're getting to know each other, still. Plus, with hormones raging and bones still growing and some people's moms being unusually... busy... we can't complain about mid-table.

nice one Mark, bring on Exeter, a 7 and a first 8 for me in the 2 matches.
Ebfatz is still sulking on twitter as we're too broke to let him keep the match ball.

Spectral seems to be the first choice. I heard he's prone to falling down stairs though...

You're really hammering out some updates on this Mark - great stuff. And Ebfatz - what can I say? - you're my hero

Well, dry, clean sheets require no explanation, no rush to the laundry room before anyone notices, etc. But, hey, I went to tech school, no girls around except in my happy little dreams, so maybe I'm biased that way.

Still no goal but I'm like Firmino, just involved in everything handing out the praise to the rest and keeping a low profile.
