Great month for me unbeaten until I ran into Mark' Stokies, good luck in the promotion playoff, or even better if Villa lose form.

As for me, what a sh!t show that was, 5 games in April, won 2 against AI and lost the other 3 against human. The stats were not too bad in fairness, just a case of quality maybe, onwards and upwards for the new season, so lets hope our change of team can inspire us in the last matches.

I lost my 1st of May game. I was planning a special tactic for that as well!!

No seriously though, great stuff Mark. Poor month for us, injuries at the back a big problem. Two games to go, try and hang on to 5th spot for a solid season.

Brilliant league form (only lost to the champs) - and we guaranteed CL footie for next season which is nice

Nice win in cup SF and we play Spectral in the final

Winning the title in the Premiership is a first for me, I believe. I have won many, many prizes but never the title so yes. I am pleased.

I remember, in my Spurs days, losing the title on the very last day to Jesus' Man City. Funny that I should now win it managing that very same City. Jesus would be proud.

Dream Team League - Season 4 - May

With AJ and AMC wrapping up the title in their respective divisions, there might not be much at stake in the top two flights other than a potential promotion for Mark or evesham in the First Division but there's silverware to be won in the FA Cup and the Champions League Final!

REWARDS!

10.0 = AJ. A fine double, picking up his first Premier Division title and somehow making it four from four in the League Cup!
9.0 = Spectral. He may have lost the Premier Division title but he has stepped it up in Europe, picking up the Champions Cup as well as the Charity Shield, both first honours at Chelsea.
8.0 = Redknapp69. A second FA Cup trophy for the Liverpool boss.
7.0 = Dermotron and trunky. Both pushed AJ at one stage but ultimately ended up 2nd and 3rd for Champions Cup action next season, or does Spectral's Champions Cup win put doubt on that for Colchester?
6.0 = AMC. An easy win in the First Division, time for Hull to play with the big boys!
5.0 = Dweatherston. A respectable 6th having pushed early on for a top four finish.
4.0 = ebfatz and riise - Placing in the top eight.
3.0 = Offside Trap. A poor end to the season after perhaps too much tinkering.
2.0 = London35. A disappointing 10th place finish.
1.0 = General Smuts, Mark and evesham. General Smuts gets the wooden spoon for finishing last of all top flight managers and both Mark/evesham failed to get out of the First Division despite playoff places!

I'll certainly take 8th! Especially given the lack of time/effort I managed to commit this season.

Thanks Mark, good job, hopefully I'll be more 'on it' next season, every week with the baby gets slightly easier

That's what I keep telling myself too mate

I think it will get better for me personally, as James will be starting nursery next month so there won't be a screaming baby and a stressed out mum to look after when I am trying to work from home during the week

Delighted with that!

VERY close final and I got lucky where Spectral's keeper had a shocker! (as did a few of his other players actually)

And a CL place for 4th hopefully - nice

A tough season and we have a decent XI but need to build the depth behind it in reality as we struggled with injuries to key players

That is why we now look forward to the hagggggggggglllllllllllleeeeeeeeee
