Back on The Dugout many a moon ago there was a whole section on this from memory, although it can be kept within a single thread.
Basically just post your team and squad and what season and update you are playing on, and if you're after some inspiration, you can ask for suggestions in regards to different formation or new players that may push you on that little bit more (always a good idea to say how much you have to spend).
I'm in work currently but will post up a couple from my current saves later tonight.

My Team
I imagine quite a few people decided to take over Newcastle on the latest update and I was no different. I'm only in January of the first season but there has already been plenty of transfer activity, with 15 players joining the club for a combined £33m, while 24 have left (quite a few youth players) for a combined £32m.
I've restricted myself in only signing players that show up in the player/staff search as interested, and even then I have to be able to match the terms that they are after, if they don't want to talk terms or ask for more than I can offer then I cancel the transfer.
To my squad anyway, I've bounced about with tactics but couldn't get any consistency from my wingers and so I have now moved to a 4-1-3-1-1 formation which will probably shift again to a 4-1-3-2 formation once I got a couple more strikers, unfortunately at the moment there are no elite level strikers willing to join and I don't want to spend big on average players.
GK - Bernd Leno, Martin Dubravka, Marek Rodak
DL - Jamal Lewis
DC - Kurt Zouma, Gabriel, Rob Holding, Fabian Schar, Jamaal Lascelles, Federico Fernandez
DR - Ricardo Pereira, Dani Alves
DMC - Manuel Locatelli, Matthew Longstaff, Allan, Isaac Hayden
MLC - Jack Wilshere, Joe Willock, Diego Capel, Jeff Hendrick
MC - Tomas Soucek, Jonjo Shelvey
MRC - Donny van de Beek, Ryan Fraser, Jacob Murphy
AMC - Miguel Almiron
SC - Marcus Thuram, Callum Wilson, Ashley Barnes
I've still got £26m in the bank and my priorities are a left back (Chilwell is unhappy at Chelsea) as well as a couple of elite strikers, sadly the latter will probably have to wait till the summer when the clubs rep increases.
So far we sit 4th in the table with 43 pts from our 22 games, Tottenham lead the way on 56 pts, followed by Man City with 50 pts and then Liverpool with 45 pts, all three teams having played a game more than us. In the cups we beat Nottingham Forest and Swansea in the League Cup before coming undone at home to Leeds in the 4th round, while in our last game we beat Leicester 2-1 in the FA Cup 3rd round, with Birmingham or Tottenham awaiting us in the next round away.

I decided to see how a wib/wob I created for Everton and Atletico Madrid saves worked in a lower division, so I made a Pescara save (probably seems an odd choice, but I have a friend who's from there).
ODB .60

Currently in November 2004, sitting 3rd again (Roma already 22 points clear after 11 games, having won three Scudettos and Champions League titles in a row). Finished 1st in CL group with Bayern, Sparta Prague and Galatasaray. Second group stage drawn against Celtic, PAO and Copenhagen.
Squad
GK: Daniele Addario, Rhys Evans, Willy Gueret, (Chiotis set to join on a free transfer)

My Team
A new story someone has started involving Inter and the Lussenhoff database reminded me of a save I started a couple years back with them on the same update, where I restricted myself to only having one player from one nation (unless 21 or under
).
This is my squad as at the start of the 3rd season,
GK - Lehmann, Jaaskelainen, Eleftheropoulos, Howard
DL - Chivu, Lee Young-Pyo, Gresko
DC - Montero, Henchoz, Okoronkwo
DC - Thuram, Gamarra, Andrews
DR - J. Zanetti (C), Simic
DMC - Roy Keane, Guardiola, Drozdov
MLC - Nedved, Emre
MC - Gerrard, Nikiforenko, Kerr
MRC - Figo, Seedorf
SC - Vieri, Adriano
SC - Ronaldo, Pizarro, C. Ronaldo
Lehmann has only just signed as I've been struggling to find a decent keeper who performs consistently, and with Ballack not available for the time being I decided to use my German spot on the Dortmund keeper.
In the first season we won the treble of League, Italian Cup and UEFA Cup, while in the second season we added the European and Italian Super Cups to the league and Italian Cup we retained, however Super Roma champed us in the Champions League final winning 2-0 with Antonioli picking up the man of the match award.
The third season has started well with us winning the World Club Championships with a 2-0 win over Parma (who won the CL in the first season), while we also lifted the Italian Super Cup after beating Roma on pens 4-1 after we drew 1-1 over 120 mins.

Looking at that team reminds me of a hilarious story Ruud van Nistelrooy once told. He was the striker for Manchester United and told who he once had to play against in a Champions League game.upthehammers wrote: ↑Wed Jan 26, 2022 10:38 pm 3rd Season on cams 93/94 database

"At the back four they had Cafu, Jaap Stam, Maldini... and Nesta. In front of that they had Gattusso who looked at you like he would kill you if you touched the ball. And then at midfield they had Andrea Pirlo... and Clarence Seedorf, the strongest man I have ever seen.
I dont think I touched the ball once in that game. It was impossible."
