3 Man Online Game - Season 134 Conclusion

A good thing comes to those who wait, and this was no exception as we concluded the season this evening in stunning fashion. The League Cup Final started it all, as my Saints claimed it on penalties, ensuring there wasn't going to be a 4th triumph on the trot for Ian's Utd. Then came the FA Cup, and it was glory glory Man City - after winning the final with ease, but it was the Semi victory over Utd that proved key. The EPL right down to the last game, with Man Utd ending up as kings of the league after both Mikey an I somewhat, bottled it.

Then there was the Champions League - where it was AI in the final once again, but this time Chelsea were undone by Mikey's Man City - although they did it the hard way, taking the trophy on penalties

So, a trophy or 2 for all of us, it's onwards to the Euro 2148, with my Swedes and Ian's Germans looking to take the trophy. Rumours are swirling about a potential return to the international scene for Mikey after the Euro's, where as the Swedish FA are said to be considering the position of it's head coach should they not reach the quarter finals......

ONWARDS!

As pre-season concludes, we find ourselves ready to kick off season 135. Plenty of wheeling and dealing from all of us, which means, we're likely for yet another epic season, money being splashed all over, ressie teams being built, and a few shock dealings seeing Southampton trade and sell players to their rivals

But lets turn our attention to the International Scene - we have concluded Euro 2148 - and it is with my pleasure to announce Pepe won it with the minnows of Sweden - taking out Ian's Germany in the Quarters, he stood his ground, to defeat England in the final, who were the winners of the last 3 Euro Championships. So then came the international managerial vacancies, and we have a turn around, firstly, England dismissed their guy, paving the way for Ian to quit Germany and take up the hot seat, and then myself, returning to the scene as the new Head Coach of Holland. Pepe remains with the Euro Champs, as we head towards World Cup 2150 Qualification

Season 135 comes to an end, and we saw it go right to the wire. The title returns to Man City, after the gap that was held for so long at the top, from Southampton, finally closed after some woeful results towards the end of the season. The Saints did however claim the FA Cup against the new EPL Champions. As for the League Cup, that was a first for me as Man City, after he had 2nd tier opposition in the final, after a cracking semi final against Man Utd. And speaking of Utd, they endured a tough mid season, and after a Champions League Semi Final victory over the Saints, they looked to salvage their season, where they'd meet AI Chelsea, who took out my current holders, but, AI (not for the first time) had other ideas as they claimed the Champions League, leaving Ian with a trophyless season, and Pepe having to be content with the 1.

Onto the next season, where I expect Old Trafford to make some rapid changes, and I'd guess, we'll see a few ins & outs at St Marys too. Ian's England are already at the World Cup 2150 (current champions) and Pepe's Sweden and my Holland look in ruthless form to join them

Season 136 - Business End!

As we hit the home straight, as per usual, its as epic as ever. With the League Cup having already been claimed by myself and the boys at Man City, it took some hard work in defeating Pepe's Southampton which saw 5 goals, and 2 red cards. The FA Cup Final is all set and ready, as once against, Southampton will be taking their place at Wembley only this time, they'll be taking on the red side of Manchester, as they face Ian's Utd. Meanwhile the state of play in the Champions League is as expected, we're at the Semi Final stage, only this time, AI Rival - Chelsea - didn't make it, meaning, Man Utd have landed Inter, whilst once again, the Saints and City will go head to head, only this time, over 2 legs. Then theres the EPL - with 3/4 league games to go, Man City
who have 4 to play, lead the way by 7 points of Man Utd, who only have 3 games left - 4 points ahead of Chelsea who also have 3 to play, whilst Southampton are a point futher back with 4 to go - and to add, the last game of the season is due to be Man City vs Southampton. An insane recent league match, saw the Manchester derby end up all square, which totalled a staggering 12 goals.

Stay Tuned!
