Gift Emmanuel Orban from Gent
Mike Tressor of Genk
Both pretty expensive but some of the better young talents in the game and very consistent for their age.
Luka Vuskovic from Dinamo Zagreb in real life is expected to be the next Gvrdiol and his stats are inane for a 16 year old. I signed him for 8M in my game and he's already doing the business, another great signing to make.

If you are a medium or small club in the top division, the best talents IMO tend to be players that are on loan at other clubs from bigger / elite clubs. Keep an eye on these players as whilst they start the game happy, with the way the engine is, they will soon become unhappy / request a transfer and you can usually pick them up for half price. Often you offer them a contract and they will accept it even if initially they were no interested in joining.
As a result, I recommend the following players:
Diogo Leite (at Union Berlin on loan from Porto)
Matteo Retegui (at Tigre, on loan from Boca)
Dennis Zakaria (at Chelsea, on loan from Juventus)
Julian Weigl (at Borussia MGB on loan from Benfica)
Matteo Pessina (at Monza on loan from Atalanta)
There are many more, but this is a great way to pick up great players at good prices.
Will post a screenshot later, but have to highly recommend Daniel Beukers from AZ. Plays LB / RB and DML/RML. Super consistent in every save I've signed him in so far.
Also he's posted earlier in the thread, but Dario Essugo from Sporting feels like a cheat mode player. Playing him in any sort of CDM role he can do the business right away even as a 17 year old. He was the highest rated player in the league as a 17 year old for me for Hertha Berlin helping me to win the league.
The other one that has been a star performer across multiple saves for me is Gift Emmanuelle Orban, again posted previously.
Aleksa Cetkovic is another top performer, but he takes at least a season to really get going.
Does anyone have tips for a left sided centre back? Diogo Leite can be got about haflway through the season, but not at the start. Patric Pfeifer of Darmstad is pretty decent, but I think there must be better! I am looking for players that will join a mid or lower half table team, as those save games are my favourites.

I always go for Antonio Blanco in Real Madrid Castilla, he is a beast in recent updates.
Also Kendry Paez who is linked to Chalsea in real life.
Send scouts to Brazil, Uruguay for Dani Alves & Luis Suarez regens.
Thierry Small in Southampton is a good DL
Pafundi is class again but too expensive.
Thanks for the update, I am 37, I did not play any other game since 2001. I sometimes delete it but my addiction comes stronger.
