Season 98/99 for 0102 (CM3)

Then replace data folder with this - https://www.sendspace.com/file/kzxtsm

You would just do a fresh install with 3.68 then plonk them in. you can then rename the 0102 folder 98-99 to separate your 0102s and works fine named 98-99 or CM3.

Think the exe is speeded up so if you don't like that use Nick or JL tool to slow down.

Hi Cam. I´m playing this amazing database for some time but i´m just heaving a problem with one competition: FIfa club world championship.

All the rest is working perfectly but this one sometimes doesn´t happen (like in almost 10 seasons playing the game just occur twice) and later just got with this competition blocked because river passed to the final but is still waiting for the opponent for as long as 3 seasons.

Is this some bug or it happen in this version? Can we change it to work properly concerning this competition? For me it´s the greatest data base ever and just wish we can put it perfect.

Thanks Cenoura for your kind words.

Sadly I just do data updates, anything technical with change years and game I have kindly persuaded some coding masters, Gio did this one (crikey almost 10 years ago) and Nick my 93 for 0102 and all my other 0001s.

I don't actually play 0102 so wouldn't notice anything with these sadly, may be something a clever dude could fix.

Cam, random question, why do we need to use your EXE? i only ask as because its been tweaked, some of Nicks options dont work, so could we use a normal exe with just your data?

He nicely packaged his exe with data for convenience and triviality.
But a normal exe would definitely work if you copy-paste the data folder appropriately on a totally fresh install of CM.
Don't paste it over an existing tree as it could out bugs and crashes.

It would work but crash at some point and wouldn't be fixeable so your save would die, Gio did all sorts of hacks to the exe to get it to work as 1998 not 2001 and there were many competition changes from CM3 to 0102 which caused it to crash without his fixes, German regional leagues, reconstruction of leagues in Scotland and other countries. As with any of my updates the data folder needs to match the exe.

Nick has also talked of doing his own exe for 0102 but that will be up to him if he decides to or not.

I second this comment! DB is fine as it is but Nick always makes it somehow better

The top download which looks like the exe file,doesnt seem to do anything once you've clicked to go into the sendspace download page - click on the link and nothing happens?

Checked the sendspace and they are fine, perhaps your internet protection stopping it. If you follow the below you can't go wrong
