Chris Johns has signed a contract extension that will keep him at the club for a further 2 years, after the expiry of his existing contract at the end of this season. Conor Pepper does the same.

Also departing Glenavon: Goalkeeper Declan Brown is set to return to his former stomping grounds Queen’s, where he had joined Glenavon from last summer.

Portadown appoint Paul Doolin as interim boss until end of season. He wasted no time with a double signing of English midfielders Josh Chatee and Connor Leak-Blunt.
Teenager Leak-Blunt came through Leeds United’s Academy before moving on to Sheffield United and more recently Belper Town. Chatee, who was at Reading as a teenager, has spent the past five years in Sweden where he played for Stode IF and IFK Lulea.
They had earlier added Katlego Mashigo and ex-Coventry City striker Billy Stedman.

St Mirren’s Daniel Finlayson has joined Linfield on loan until the end of the season.

Glenavon have signed right back Conor Kerr from Loughgall on a two-year deal.

The deal will see Robbie Norton join the Lakeview Park club.
